Our platform operations are governed by our General Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all quotations, orders, and agreements:
- Access to our platform is restricted to approved companies.
- All quotations and offers are subject to final confirmation.
- Agreements become effective only upon written confirmation or actual performance.
- Amendments to assignments are binding only if confirmed in writing.
- All quotations are based on EXW (Ex Works) delivery terms.
- Payment for ordered goods must comply with the payment terms of the approved supplier.
- Freight forwarding services must be carried out by authorized forwarders.
