These terms and conditions shall apply to all quotations, orders and agreements.
The access to our supply chain is available for approved companies.
All quotations and offers are subjects to a final confirmation.
Only after written confirmation or factual performance the agreement shall come into effect.
Amendments to assignments shall be binding only to the extent confirmed in writing.
All quotations are based on EXW delivery terms.
The payment for ordered goods according to payment terms of supplier.
The freight forwarding services for ordered goods should be performed by EMN Europe authorized forwarders.
